I’m Danielle, a Principal Technical Writer with over 12 years of experience in the tech industry. Until January 2024, I was a manager of a Continuous Service Improvement team, where I spent 6 years focusing on enhancing operational efficiency. Now that I have transitioned into technical writing, I’m dedicated to using my extensive experience, domain knowledge, and professional relationships to improve documentation and training materials for my organization.
Some of my proudest achievements have been creating and updating training and reference materials for various technical teams. I recently revamped our organizational PowerPoint template and produced four comprehensive training videos. I handled every aspect of the project myself, from scripting and storyboarding to video editing, graphic design, and voiceover.
I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Education with a focus on Learning Design and Technology at Arizona State University, and I’m on track to graduate in Fall 2024. I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Media and Photography with a minor in Computer Science in 2009.
I’m passionate about continuous improvement and problem-solving, both in my professional and personal life. Outside of work, I’m an avid crafter and am currently in my crochet period.
